INTERDISCIPLINARY TREATMENT TEAM
All youth placed in one of our programs will have an individualized treatment plan that is therapeutic in nature and developed to address those needs and goals of the youth.
The youth, case manager, treatment specialist, therapist, family, and other appropriate individuals, will help in the development and implementation of the treatment plan. This plan serves as a way by which a youth's success and goals may be measured.
This plan also is designed to motivate youth to positive behaviors and successes within their lives, and gives them a way to achieve this. The treatment plan serves to help families set goals and gives them a way to accomplish these goals and to be a more functional unit overall.

All of us at Sunrise Youth Services look at each individual youth closely so that every success - no matter how small, is noticed and acknowledged. Each achievement builds a better person.
