Many young people are confused and troubled. They are faced with many conflicting messages and they need help to deal with the world around them. They often exhibit symptoms such as a lack of motivation, poor grades at school, and many times find themselves dropping out. They also find themselves involved with a negative peer group, delving into drugs and alcohol, or other unacceptable practices. Some run away from home or act out in an angry way while others may withdraw or become depressed and non-communicative with their families. This is where we can help...

Sunrise Youth Services of America, is a not-for-profit Nevada corporation that was founded to provide the guidance and encouragement that both youth and their families need. Sunrise Youth Services offers comprehensive and individualized programs which will best meet the needs of both the youth and their families.

Sunrise offers a sliding fee scale based on your individual financial situation, and accepts most insurances.

Our primary treatment philosophy involves many years of professional experience. Quality treatment in a natural, warm setting as the most effective way to create stable, positive lifestyle changes in troubled youth and children. Building self esteem through development of values and responsibility is a major focus of each customized treatment program.

Our mission at Sunrise Youth Services of America, Inc. (SYS) is to provide a superior continuum of services that stabilize and assist clients in progressing toward effective community living while achieving personal success and well being. We seek to provide leadership on a national level to the field of private agencies providing de-institutionalized community-based services to troubled youth and their families. We strive to do this with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. To realize this, we recruit and retain individuals of the highest caliber who bring commitment, creativity and pride to their jobs. We operate specialized planning and deliver identified services to most effectively accommodate specific client needs based on the integration of residential treatment. Group home facilities, intensive supervision, structured treatment programs, therapeutic clinical services psychological evaluation and effective outcomes for the governmental and private agencies we serve and to achieve this with compassion for our clients.
